Do You Have To Wear A Helmet While Skateboarding On A Military Base?

The cops on the navy base im on always say they'll confiscate my board if i don't wear a helmet. I'm just a dependent so i don't even work for the government. Just wondering if it's legal to skate without a helmet so i can tell them off.

yes you do have to wear helmet it doesn’t matter you are on there property and have to abide bu the rules,,, they are meant for all
